Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the mega88 website, creating an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mega88.

Account Registration

Account Security

mega88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the platform:
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold may be declined by the payment processor.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your mega88 balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. mega88 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request is ৳1,000. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
- Withdrawal Processing: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 3–30 minutes of request submission, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable security review.
- Matching Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a method registered under the same verified account holder identity. mega88 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source.

Anti-Money Laundering: mega88 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring. Where suspicious activity is identified, mega88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze account balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions
mega88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotional terms at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
- Time Limits: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them must be used within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
- One Bonus per Promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is expressly described as a recurring or repeatable offer. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
- Bonus Abuse: mega88 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
- No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money except through the process of completing wagering requirements as described above.

Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on mega88 is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are published within each game or product section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Bet Confirmation: A wager is confirmed and binding only upon receipt of a system-generated confirmation message. Wagers that have not been confirmed by the system are not valid and will not be honoured.
- Insufficient Funds: Bets will only be accepted where your account balance is sufficient to cover the stake. mega88 does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.
- Manifest Errors: mega88 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that results from a manifest error in odds, game software, or platform configuration. A manifest error is one that would have been reasonably apparent to a player at the time the bet was placed.
